Integrative Health Coaching
This isn't about fixing you — because you don't need to be fixed. Integrative health coaching looks at the whole picture of your life: how you're sleeping, how you're moving, and the connections in your life. It's how you're nourishing yourself with food and other aspects of life. It's about how you're feeling in your body, and what the quieter parts of you have been trying to say.

We slow down and listen. We look at your daily rhythms as information rather than failures, your body as wise rather than broken, and this season of life as an invitation rather than a problem to solve.​
How we work together
We meet every other week via Zoom — twelve sessions, sixty minutes each, unhurried and entirely yours. Between sessions you have access to me by text or email for a couple of check-ins — a place to stay connected, share what's unfolding, or name something before our next conversation.

This isn't me handing you a plan. It's us working together — talking, exploring, and uncovering the tools and shifts that are right for you. We follow what's most alive for you rather than a fixed curriculum, and we go at a pace that feels real, not rushed.

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about where you are, what feels out of balance, and what you're hoping for — not in a clinical intake kind of way, but in the way two people talk when one of them is really, truly listening. From there, we build something together that's actually yours.

Distance Reiki — an optional layer of support
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice rooted in the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal — and that sometimes it simply needs support in returning to balance. As a trained reiki practitioner, I offer distance reiki sessions that work just as effectively as in-person — energy is not limited by physical space. You receive the session from wherever you are, in a comfortable, restful position, while I hold focused intention for your wellbeing.

Distance reiki is available as an optional add-on within our coaching work — particularly in weeks that feel heavy, stuck, or overwhelming. You don't need any experience with energy work, or even a strong belief in it.
Openness and a willingness to rest are all that's needed.

This is a premium, personalized coaching program — not a course, not a group, not a quick fix. It's real time, real attention, and real work together.
Coaching is available as a full program or on a per-session basis. Investment details are shared during our initial conversation — which is always free, always unhurried, and never a hard sell.
