Integrative nutrition coaching
This isn't about eating perfectly or following a plan someone else designed for you. Integrative nutrition coaching looks at the whole picture — what you eat, yes, but also how you sleep, how you move, how you feel, and what your body has been quietly trying to tell you. Together we slow down and listen. We look at food as nourishment rather than fuel, at the kitchen as a place of care rather than obligation, and at your daily rhythms as information rather than failures.
We'll work 1:1, at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are a conversation — unhurried, curious, and grounded in where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Distance reiki — an optional layer of support
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice rooted in the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal — and that sometimes it simply needs support in returning to balance. As a trained reiki practitioner, I offer distance reiki sessions that work just as effectively as in-person — energy is not limited by physical space. You receive the session from wherever you are, in a comfortable, restful position, while I hold focused intention for your wellbeing.
Distance reiki is available as an optional add-on within our coaching work — offered between sessions or alongside them, particularly in weeks that feel heavy, stuck, or overwhelming. You don't need to have any experience with energy work, or even a strong belief in it. Openness and a willingness to rest are all that's needed.

What to expect
Our first session is a conversation. We'll talk about where you are, what feels out of balance, and what you're hoping for — not in a clinical intake kind of way, but in the way two people talk when one of them is really, truly listening.

From there, we build something together that's actually yours. There are no rigid protocols here, no one-size approaches. Just careful, attentive support as you find your way back to feeling well.
